Wild Paintbrush Picnics & Events, LLC is a luxury picnic business providing bespoke and visually stunning picnic tablescapes that are thoughtfully designed using high-quality, luxury items. Featuring hand-crafted, low-profile picnic tables, carefully curated rugs, throw pillows, Instagram-worthy décor, florals, glassware, and cutlery, this elevated “pop-up” luxury picnic service eliminates the stress and time commitment of planning, executing, and cleaning up after a planned event. From ideation to execution, we work closely with each client to help bring their vision to life, ensuring each celebration is unique and memorable. Perfect for any small gathering such as creative date nights, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, elopements, engagements, graduations, small baby and bridal showers, brunch, or any other special occasion! We serve the Gallatin Valley and surrounding communities throughout southwest Montana. As a local Montana-based business, we subscribe to a leave-no-trace philosophy, and believe in supporting local businesses and sourcing local products and services whenever possible. While we are not licensed to provide food and beverage, we will happily recommend vendor collaborators and can assist in food/beverage coordination for a fee.

  • Submit an inquiry by completing the contact form. We will contact you for a short consultation to gather all the pretty details, including color preferences, date, location etc.

  • Once you’ve communicated with us about your preferences, you will receive a proposed cost estimate, a service agreement, and payment options. Ready to book? Simply e-sign the contract agreement and submit payment. We will begin designing your perfect picnic experience!

  • We will arrive early to your chosen location the day of your event to set-up. Just arrive, kick off your shoes and enjoy your picnic time! Leave the clean-up to us!
